Solution

For their 2 days event GoTech World used MyConnector’s virtual event platform, as it was the only one that had enough flexibility to accommodate last minute changes with instant updates in the live event and delivered the best price/value ratio.

Registration & ticketing – custom registration form & easy invite process for previous editions attendees; all payment process handled by the platform

Event & Agenda editor – 7 different stages, 2 days, 140 speakers and over 120 sessions were easily designed and exported via APIs also to the official event website

Live streaming from studio & Remote speakers

Video content streaming was done from various sources as there was one central studio with a moderator and guests, as well as speakers that entered from all over the world.

Networking module – 12.000 attendees could search each other based on the custom field used for registration: name, industry, company size, decision level, budget to be spent of tech acquisitions, solutions they are interested in. They could engage via chat, business card exchange or video calls.

Q&A and Pooling – used as engagement tools for product sessions and contest.

Personalized 3D booths with chat and video call – over 80 exhibitors, divided in 5 areas, had custom 3D booths where visitors could talk directly to an account manager, attend a booth presentation, download products files and watch preloaded product videos

The whole environment was customized with GoTech World branding to reflect the future vibe of the brand.

Report & Post event surveys

Overall attendance figures, live content consumption report for each session and lead generation reports at exhibitor booths were the most appreciated reports.

With an average of 600 attendees / session (112 sessions), the online version of GoTech World proved there is a huge opportunity for online events to attract a significantly higher number of visitors.

Also the number of interactions between exhibitors and visitors converted in leads exceeded everybody’s expectations, organisers and exhibitors alike. The networking engine that allows filtering attendees based on custom fields such as industry, job title or turnover made the exhibitors say that attending an event hosted on MyConnector delivers better for their salesforce than the daily LinkedIn usage
